Barteaux Law

Being a family lawyer has put me in a unique position to help individuals, groups, and organizations with their legal problems and further the public good.

Family law is important to me because it has always been part of my life. At a young age, my family adopted a child, and a few years later went through the divorce process. I have personally experienced the majority of situations that come up in family law cases, and those experiences lead me to fight for my clients in order to get court orders that will best fit their family’s needs.

One thing setting me apart from other lawyers is that I am also a judge for the Cherokee Nation. Because of my positions, I am able to see a situation from a perspective most lawyers will never have.
